    BHS graduates continue apprenticeship studies with MetroPower 

    In conjunction with the Bainbridge High School Youth Apprenticeship and Steve Barrett of MetroPower Inc., Albany, GA, two Bainbridge High school seniors have signed on with the MetroPower Electricians Youth Apprenticeship Program. Raul Juarez and Anthony Parris are now employees of MetroPower and will rotate instruction between South Georgia Technical School and hands-on work with MetroPower. The students will attend South Georgia Technical School 10 weeks alternating with 10 weeks of work at a MetroPower subsidiary in Georgia. This program requires three years to complete at which time the students will test for journeymen license.
