Lake Eufaula Fishing Report for November 9, 2009

The days on the lake seem to be getting tougher, however some fish are still being caught in the shallow grass, and on the flats feeding on the shad. The shallow grass fish are mainly being caught flipping a Big Bite Baits "Fighting Frog" in Prime Rib color in the grass edges. Spinner baits are also working well around the grass, the SPRO "Superstar" spinner baits are the best I have found when fishing this grass.

The feeding fish are biting well on flats using a SPRO "Little John" in Citrus Shad and a SPRO "Mcstick110" in Blue Bandit color. Another good way of catching these schooling fish are by using a Big Bite Baits "Jerk Minnow" in Reel Shad color casting into the exploding school.

Thats all for now! Thanks and best of luck!
