Around 26 years ago, in 1981, Grace Christian Church began with a strong discipleship. Not long after its inception, the church purchased the current property and began building it's first building. The church met in several locations before purchasing its current property just inside the bypass at Tallahassee Hwy. 27 in 1984. The first building was built in 1986, and additional buildings have been added through the years.
The church is active in multiple ministries across the globe. Besides the ministries in their academy, they are also active with our local Salvation Army toys drive each December, and help out with many other countries around the globe such as a Boys Home in Brazil.
The people of Grace Church have invested many thousands of dollars to construct the needed buildings for both the church and the school. They provide an ongoing support for the ministry so that GCA can be a ministry to Christian families throughout the area. GCA exists to assist the area churches, not compete with them. The school has just under 300 students in grades K3-12 that come from over 65 different churches in the local area.
Pastor Andy McQuaid and the congregation at Grace Christian Church welcome you to attend any worship service. Sunday Morning services begin at 10:30 A.M. On Wednesday nights the church gets together for K Groups which is a home-based Bible study that meet from 6:30-8:15 P.M. They also offer Nursery, Awana, and Student Ministries are provided at the church for children up through age 18.
