First Church of the Nazarene Revival Week

from left: Rev. Grubbs, Rev. Foskey, Mrs. Foskey Bainbridge First Church of the Nazarene was established in 1943  and has had 21 pastors over the years. Reverend David Grubbs has been the pastor for going on fifteen years.  When people ask him about his church he says “ it’s God’s church, it’s not my church. I’m just a pastor.” He says it's a good church and a strong church.

This week is Revival Week with special guests Reverend and Mrs. Foskey. Reverend Foskey was a pastor at Bainbridge First Church of the Nazarene from 1969-1972 and from 1973-1974. He is retired but fills in at churches who are in-between pastors. He has been with Sandersville Church of the Nazarene for about a year. "It’s good to back in Bainbridge and to be here to fellowship", he said.
Everyone is invited to attend Revival with Reverend Foskey which will take place today through Thursday at 7:00 pm. Tuesday night’s service will center on “Healing” and Thursday night’s service will deal with “The Cross”.
