    Tomatoe Pie - submitted by Brian

    Tomatoe Pie

    Preheat oven 350 degrees
    Bake deep dish pie crust. Cool.
    Layer tomatoes in pie crust.
    Salt and pepper each layer.
    Sprink with green onions.
    Place 12 slices of cooked bacon on top of onions.
    Mix 1/2 cup of Mayo with 3/4 shredded cheese.
    (receipe calls for 3/4 cup of mayo but that is too much for my taste)
    Pour mixture on top of pie.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
